Was thinking of doing the same job on my .22lr CZ 452 Silhouette.
Have heard about jobs which can be done, including the yodave.
Has anyone used the Eric Brooks trigger kit? and if so, any advice on that one, as well as the yodave?

(BTW It's for 50m target practice off the bench, so a nice crisp break with low pull weight is what i'm looking for)

Oh yeah, and I've absolutely no DIY / Tinkering / Amatuer Gunsmithing skills.... so must be idiot proof!:o

Forget the Eric Brooks kit as there is a lot of forum talk about people not getting the kits delivered.

The YoDave kit is the same and is much the same as the Brooks kit so go with that. At about €15 you wont got wrong and search for it on E bay using the search string "CZ 452/ BRNO No 2,4 and 5 trigger kit"

Easy to fit and it will reduce your groups a lot.

Or you can fit this if you can get someone in the states to get it for you and sent it on to you. Fully adjustable replaceable sear.

I think both kits are similar, I fitted the brooks kit about 5 years ago to my .22 as ut was the only one available and cost £8 and took about a week to arrive, I've heard of bad experiences since then though. At the end of the day it's only a softer spring so you can't go wrong with the yodave kit and make sure you follow the guide on YouTube and be sure not to remove the sear. If you do a tiny ball bearing will pop out and it's a bugger to get back in again ;)
