Entrances in the o2 and TicketMaster

    Anybody Know why before you buy tickets for the 02,ticketmaster can't tell you what entrance is going to be on the ticket, For example my friends have got tickets for a certain concert and all of them had entrance one on there tickets,I just bought mine 2 days ago and they couldn't tell me what entrance is on my ticket so Im stuck on me own for the que for entrance one

    because it's irrelevant. as if anybody's going to say

    "nah lads, i'm not going to the concert because i hate entrance two".



    EDIT - i've just looked at two pairs of tickets lying in my desk for upcoming concerts, both have the entrance on them. and i've looked at an old ticket, also has the entrance on it. is your ticket written in crayon by any chance OP?

    Because it doesn't show up in the field when using the ordering software (Artics, I believe). Basically you see blocks of seating that are selected by the person placing the order.

    Ah yeah sorry it is I didn't notice the crayon stupid me,Im trying too say why can't they give you an option of picking which entrance

    You can pick your seats. Why would it matter what entrance you go in?

    You were stuck queueing for a while by yourself and rejoined your friends inside?

    Not a big deal.

    Because it doesn't matter, all the entrances lead to the same place, just find your friends once you're inside.

    It would matter if you where in the que from early in the day by yourself when all your friends are together,Also some entrances go in before others so you can't always join up with your friends if your standing
