Hi all

I subscribed to O2 Mobile Broadband about a month ago and the performance is so erratic it's driving me nuts!

Sometimes it's quick and reliable while on other occasions it is terribly slow and prone to disconnect itself despite apparently strong signal strength.

I'm not too smart technically so just wondered if someone more knowledgeable might be able to advise me whether I might have a faulty dongle or I can do something to improve it myself.

I doubt it's a faulty dongle tbh, that's what ya have to expect with mobile bb
