Hi, all the main supermarkets stock Quorn (TM) products, including Quorn sausages, in their frozen (vegetarian) depts. Most of them also stock Linda McCartney sausages too (possibly depending on the size of the store) and Tesco also do their own brand of (cheese & leek) sausages.

Quorn is a hi protein food derived from a fungus/mushroom (in case your son is allergic to mushrooms too) & it also contains a tiny amount of egg for binding. It's easily flavoured up and turned into a huge range of very convincing imitation/fake meats, eg, sausages, chicken pieces, beef mince.

    Hope this helps.
