So when i got my first iPod i was in america and set it up on a computer over there, but now i wanna change to the irish app store rather then being on the american one. It says i have to have an empty balance but i have 44 cents $ and i dont know how to get rid of it? Any suggestions ? Thanks.

You can email them, but you will lose whatever balance you have left in the switch over. I can't remember the email address, though! It is somewhere within their help documents (not some unofficial trick!).
