Honda integra help

    Hi Guys n Gals,
    I have a integra dc5, its a 2006 and the light is giving me trouble.

    I went through everything and came to the conclusion that its the ballast thats gone.

    Anyone know how much this will cost me and where the best place to get it is?

    All advice welcome. . . .

    Im in the exact same situation, one of my ballasts has gone. I will be buying from an online UK company (havent decided which one) once I find out thte specifications that the replacement will need to be.

    250 sterling from Mazda - in the region of 45 - 80 sterling online!

    I rang the honda centre and its 302.50 including vat. The lad on the phone was telling me its the only ballast that will work with my car, he could have been just sayin this to make the sale.

    Is there any universal ones that wil DEFINATELY work on my dc5?

    Mega Bullsh*t! all Ballasts have industry wide specifications in terms of voltage and watts. It way be harder to connect or you may have to mount it in a different place if the replacments dimensions are different, but it will perform the same function if installed correctly.
