Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8

I was wondering if anyone could rent me the Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 for a week starting on the 15th of February. I will insure it for any loss/damage/etc. I'm taking it to NYC and have checked rental prices over there and I have a figure in my head for the week. If anyone is interested please reply with your price.

Conns won't allow you to take it to NYC. I don't think any company would.

Just a thought, but seeing as you are heading over to NY anyway, would it not make sense to pick one up when you get there?
From feedback I have heard on the 70-200L it's one of the best lenses from Canon and very popular.

Have you see the price difference?

Even if theres nothing wrong with it ? I know if I bought the same lens here under the laws it either had be faulty, not stated what it was ment to be etc I can't just bring something back because I don't like it. IIRC
