Hi, i'm one half of a young couple (students on work placement) looking for a double room in Limerick city, ideally on the fr. russell rd or surrounding areas. Rent should be max. 300e a month other than that there are no specs. One of us is a smoker. We've tried daft.ie etc. but most people want to rent to professionals…

You might consider renting a place and getting someone else in afterwards.
