    The French Government has also recommended that people don't use IE until it is patched. Alert CERTA-2010-ALE-001.

    The Agence nationale de la sécurité des systèmes d'information keeps a useful list of security vulnerabilities on its certa home page - with an indication if the vulnerability has had a patch issued by the developer/publisher.

    first word was that the virus was only affecting IE6 but I gather now MS are trying to get everyone onto IE8 so obviously IE7 is done too.

    I don't think there's a patch yet AFAIK.

    Interesting in this is that the aussie govt security initally said it's all blown out of proportion!
