what do you use as killstreak rewards?

i use the uav, care package and preditor missile

Care package, sentry gun(if you get a good place for it you can rack up a fair few kills, even better with two back to back) and harrier strike at the moment(only cause trying to do the presiege challenge on it).Have never nuked and never will , generally if I see some one with the nuke emblem,its a sure bet that they're nuke boosters, it probably the most pathetic thing to do in a game, it ruins it for every one.

Just yesterday I was in a match where a guy nuked us in a free for all, at the end of the game I noticed he had 30 kills and like two deaths.
Next game I got nuked again, only this time HE had 27 deaths and no kills!
Then I realised the two guys who had 30 kills etc bad same clan tags, and then caught then on the map terminal! One guy was camping, whilst his mate had a tactical insertion, so as he spawned his mate was killing him, then they reversed roles in alternate games!
Of course when I challengedthem about cheating j was met with a barrage of abuse, called an Irish tw@t etc!

Totally agree it ruins it fir everyone else, can't believe infinity ward didn't see that cheat coming a mile away

Predator missile, harriers, chopper gunner. With hardline a four kill streak is easy to get, drop a pred to get two more kills, harrier strike should pick up at least two kills, then quickly out and pot at least one person, then into chopper gunner for some serious pain. If I'm in a good groove, I can do this two to four times in a match.

I will say I would hate to be on the other team. This game must be a real pain for them.

I don't bother with the care package because I'm always afraid that I'll get killed while waiting for it to drop down. It is funny though hearing that an enemy care package is coming in and then looking up to see where its being dropped and then killing the owner and taking it from them. :P

had my main killstreaks on today (first one) when i was playing search and destroy in highrise by mistake, and i got my pave low on second round by only knifing!

I use Harrier, Chopper Gunner and Nuke with the hope of getting my first Nuke soon. The idea being that the harrier will get you 4-5 kills to get you the chopper gunner then try and get as close to 25 with that to get a nuke.

All depends on game type, map and opposition obviously ... I really only play Ground War, Sabotage, Demolition, 3rd Person & SnD.

I wouldn't say its useful in the normal game modes but in hardcore mode its pretty useful as you don't have a map on the whole time as you would in the normal modes.

but then again in hardcore, 90% of people have cold blooded on.

I use predator, harrier, chopper gunner also. IMO probably the most effective killstreaks for getting lots of kills. Not arsed with the nuke at the moment, might try it in my next prestige.

If playing TDM then its a huge benifit for one person on the team to have UAV.
I normally am that 1 person on my team (When playing with mates) with it and I rake up the kills because of it.

I tried Predator, chopper gunner and nuke with danger close, scavenger and my trusty riot shield/thumper/throwing knife. Nearly got my nuke in two out of three games. I wait for a big push on a flag of ours in Dominion, then drop the pred on a bunch of people.

I'm constantly chopping and changing around. Mostly to try to get XP from the challenges. The ones I normally go back to are Pred Missile, Harrier and then Chopper Gunner/AC130. I also go through phases of using the Pave Low instead of either Harrier or Chopper/AC.

The ones I use least are Care Package, Counter UAV and Sentry gun. The reason being that they don't give you kills towards a Killstreak. So you get to 5 kills for a sentry gun. You put it up and it kills 3 people. Yes you now have 8 kills, but your killstreak is still only 5. You still need to shoot another 2 to get your harrier etc. If you go for the Pred instead you get at least 1 kill towards your next kill streak.

One thing I've heard is that after you get your Pavelow, if you shoot one person before you call it it, that any kills from it count towards a kill streak. Anyone able to confirm that? I've not got to properly test it since I heard it.

Norm harrier chopper gunner and nuke only cos i wanted the symbols but at the mo im trying max out all the kill streaks and all i've left to do is Pavelow, Stealth bomber and the EMP

As long as you remain alive all kills count towards your kill streak. Whether they be from sentry gun, harrier or pave low. If you die with a Kill streak active, or die and then activate a kill streak reward from a previous life then the kills count, but not towards new killstreak rewards.
