    Hi Folks,

I am assisting a friend of mine with getting a website they want to start up and running. She has decided to use an off the shelf package for the website but needs to get a custom template designed. I had suggested that she would be able to find someone to do this relatively cheaply using the likes of ODesk of iFreelance but she wants to have someone locally take care of this for direct dialogue.

Does anyone know of a website specifically for Ireland that people can put IT projects out to tender such as template design etc?

    Regards,

    Dave

Two other options I can think of:
