strangely, none of the big 3 Irish colleges (TCD, UCC, UCD) seem to offer it at postgrad level.

    does anybody know why?

and where might the best place to do juris at LLM level be? (not confined to Ireland)

LLM in Juris - best place is LSE or Oxford/Cambridge but LSE is usually the best place to go to do Juris

I might add University College London has Dworkin on staff and is the home of Benthamite positivism.

Currently being taught by Simmonds at Cam. Put simply, he is masterful. Juris is SO heavy reading wise, especially at LLM level.

By the way, why do you want to do an LLM soley in Juris? I understand how fascinating it is, but it may be a little restrictive in practical terms.

Juris was defo my favourite topic in college. Heavy going though and not for the faint hearted.

Have often considered seriously doing a LLM in Law and Economics and the Posner school of thought as I have no heart and soul...;)

Purely for my own interest purposes as it would have no real practical value outside of lecturing.
