Hi, I have suffered from Depression for 17 years now, but also suffer from SAD every winter. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a ligt box, I have googled them and there are so many to choose from. So has anyone used one or could you recommend one? Do you find it any good? My aunt uses a Phillips one she got from amazon.co.uk, she swears by it, but I've never tried it so I can't say if it works, but she definitly seems a lot improved after using it.
