    There's a new club in Lucan if thats any help. Training every friday night from 7 - 10pm

    It's in THE WORKOUT ZONE,
    Hills Mill Industrial estate,
    Lower road, Lucan.

    First seminar on this weekend.
    Friday 7 - 10pm & Saturday 12 - 5pm.
    Cost only 40 euros for both sessions.

    Open to all, either day or both.

    Guest teacher is Jason Fitzpatrick. Trust me he an sensei are both very good.
