    Hi

    I'm a bit miffed about this, my wee one is 4 and is due her free pre school place.

    She is continuing at the place where we paid for her place.

    The teacher has stated that on Monday's they will commence from 9am till 12am for the three hours, but on Tue-Friday will be from 9.45 am till 11.30am, only 2 and a half hours?!?! She "claims" this time is made avialable to talk to parents, but I know that she has her "paying afternoon class" from 12!!!!

    I personally think this is outrageous..... I have paid her for nearly 2 years, please don't insult my inteligence that this is a "talk to parent's time" this is a "lets get set up for the next classs time"

    So peeved at this!!

    She cant do that.you are entitled to 3 hours a day five days a week. Contact your local county childcare committee and report her

    yes my son goes to preschool from 2pm to 5pm they want me to come after 2 coz of insurance and collecr him at 4.45pm in case they want to "talk" tis ridiculous! and were paying for it!!! my son is 31/2 and well old enough for preschool but according to the goverment hes a month too young for the preschool payment! tis a scam the whole thing..... i mean they took back the childcare payment and replaced it with a scheme that is not available to everyone?????? SCAMMERS!!!!!!!
