Hey!
Myself and my brother are sharing a house about a fifteen minute bus ride from the city center. We have a single room available in the house.

There's a large garden, two living areas(one being used as a dining room) and a shared bathroom. There is a large front garden for parking.

It's in a nice quiet area but there is a 24 hour tesco and a petrol station in walking distance. It is also close to the airport and main motorways. There is after hours travel back to the house on Fridays and Saturdays. Close to DCU, St. Pats and Marino College.

We are two non-smokers, one student and one working full time.

Rent is €320 a month, with bills usually averaging out to be about €115 a month.
