Waiting for appeals FAE's

    Hey anybody in same boat waiting for appeals back.. anyone ever heard of iinstitute actaully changing results in appeals.. thanks in advance

    yeah i know a girl who got the fae on her appeal two years ago but then again i know another four who didnt

    I know a few people who got there results changed in years gone by.

    Don't suppose anyone got their Appeal? I didn't :( One lousy mark...ah well, bring on the repeats!

    My friend got his appeals back yesterday. He needed 6 marks - 4 for MABF & 2 for FA/Tax, and he appealed all results (because, well, why not).

    Anyway, he got a letter last night saying that his appeal was successful and he has passed his FAE's! That means ICAI missed 6 marks?! 6 MARKS!

    That's brill, he must be delighted!

    I only needed 1 mark in FA/Tax...damn it anyways!

    Vic, that is brill news congrats to your friend. I can't even imagine how he is feeling - relieved, elate and confused are just some of the feelings I imagine!!

    Hi all.. just an update.. got one of my results changed in the appeals so just one to repeast now. also another guy i know got results changed so he actually passed the fae's. So for anyone in future definetly worth checking.
