I was just wondering (I dont have the internet at home), The extra songs that you can download on rockband games like the beatles for example, do they cost money, or are the free downloads? Need to get the internet some time soon, am drowning at home!

There are 20 free songs (you don't get to pick which 20 by the way, it's the same 20 songs for everyone and they're all by bands you've never heard of. Some of them are okay though) and the rest cost 200 Wii Shop points. There are a couple that cost 100 points - mainly by a Mr Spongebob of Squarepantis - but for the most part it's pay to play. There's some great stuff on there though, all in all a far better selection than Guitar Hero World Tour had. Anyhoo, you buy the points in the shop then launch the game and open the Music Store in RockBand to purchase.

Bear in mind, you can't export from Rockband 1 to Rockband 2 like you can on the 360 and PS3.

Not sure about the beatles as I don't own it, don't think there are any free tracks unless you pre-ordered it.
