Any decent electric toothbrush with removal batteries?

I purchased an Oral-B Professional Care 5000 XL electric toothbrush about two years ago and I've taken care of it according to the instructions by fully running down the batteries every six months or so. However the battery capacity is noticeably diminishing these days and I now can't get a full 7 days use without a recharge.

I know that rechargeable batteries eventually wear out but I don't see why I should throw out an otherwise perfectly good toothbrush for want of the ability to swap in new rechargeable batteries.

Is there any good model of electric toothbrush which takes removable batteries?
