Its becoming a real nuisance every time I think its gone it comes back, it also comes on every time I sneeze. My girlfriend hates me going out on about it. it comes in the right sometimes but not as frequent.

Went to the doctor eyes are fine Is there anything which can be done about this? I tried cold compresses and also zinc and multivitamin tablets. I'm getting plenty of sleep too.

Its a little bastard pardon my french.

Caffeine is a big cause. Stress is another. And eye strain (too much computer for instance).

Some people just have it without any of the above though. Is this a new thing or have you always had it?

Its a new thing I've had it for the last while, didn't have it when I was younger. even my doctor had it he just told its one of these things which comes and goes but its strange it happens when I sneeze.
I don't drink coffee but I do drink lattes but not everyday

I get this too, after a big sneeze my left eyelid twitches from anything from a few mins to an hour afterwards, i find clenching my eyes together for a few seconds at a time or putting something cold like a can out of the fridge or an eyemask if i have one handy (the body shop sells these, they have gel in them and you keep them in the fridge, great if you get baggy eyes after not much sleep, which i do)

maybe it's because of the pressure of the sneeze. Do you hold your nose? that causes major pressure, instead of doing this always ensure that you sneeze openly into a tissue

I get it from time to time; basically, in my case anyway, it's due to stress and anxiety. Just take a moment to relax and it usually dissipates.
