Hey guys, wondering if you can help me.

I have recently come across a mint condition Almanack book in the attic of my grandmother's house and wondered are these worth money as there is very few in existence. The book itself contains all information about Lords and Viscounts and Earls, Noblemen, Baranetts of particular areas in Ireland, at the the time obviously under British rule.

Do these fetch money at auction, it is in pristine condition. Would it be worth much, any guidelines?
