    Hey guys,

    I'm thinking of getting a tattoo done. I've been doing quite a bit of reading up on it and it seems that snakebite and zulu are both very popular and come well recommended.

    I'm thinking of getting a half sleeve with an angel in the clouds theme like the one that beckham has, seen below

    I'm looking for some ideas as to what else i can get done on the inside of my arm. I was thinking of encorporating some stars into it. I'm getting married later in the year so if i could have something to represent this or my wife.

    I have part of the tattoo worked out but i'm trying to get a clearer pic. I know that the artist will draw it out once i travel to meet them.

    I don't want anything tacky and it has to be tasteful

    Getting a copy (or near copy) of a celebrity's tattoo is never going to seem tasteful.


    you want an angel in black and grey, with clouds? grand. but put that image aside altogether and start afresh. Find a tattoist who's portfolio you like and tell them what you are generally going for - and let them draw something just for you...

    thanks for your advise. i don't intend to copy i was only using that picture as a guide as to what i've got in mind.

    I think a warrior angel like any these would be very cool, its a change from all the girly angels people have tattooed on them ( check ratemyink.com for more theres loads)

    By all means use the Beckham tattoo as a frame of reference to create something of your own.
    Some other artists worth checking out would be Jani in Prime, Atilla in WIldcat (I think), Remis and jrtattoos.com
