    It would be nice to have any sort of amenity up here. The "Resource Centre" which is supposedly available for use by the entire community cant have anything run in it twice because of complaints.

    Saying that though, I cant see where/how any big trucks/lorries will get access to the eastern side of the development. The only access routes would be through either Kenmare Heights or Kindlestown and the roads here are very narrow at points.

    I wonder do people know that this land was owned by the late Dr. Ryan who bequethed it to the nuns in Greystones for the provision of a second level school as well as the site for Saint Laurence's Primary School. This land is now owned by a builder. Guess who pocketed the money made on this sale. In the future when a site is required for the building of a secondary school in the Greystones area will the residents and Government have to fund the purchase of land.
