I do a good bit of rabbit shooting for fellas. I dont go out yet though. Give it another couple of months when the crops start to shoot and they'll be out in force. It was not far off this time last year, maybe the end of January, we were out lamping and we seen rabbits about 4-8 week old. Thats a fact. Not sure it would be the same this year with the cold weather.
I used to think they didnt have litters in the winter but if its warm enough, they will.

Might try organic ones maybe they would be better ;)

Or get a cardboard cut-out of Jessica Rabbit and leave it outside the warren ? Spring is coming and those little boy bunnies are gonna be looking for some action ?

What you do is, you sit down beside a warren with a bag of cawots! You then nibble on the cawots. The wabbits hear the nibbles and think your a big wabbit with some cawots! He then sticks his head out to investigate and BANG!!!! One more pesky wabbit in the bag!!
