Reallocating disk space?

Got a Sumsung R467 laptop. Its got two drives on it, C and D. C has 260gb and D has 60gb. The D drive has far too much space, so is there a way to reallocate the space onto the C drive, so it has 300gb and the D drive has only 20gb. Thanks in advance
