    Hi,

If you take a visit to your GP they should be able to recommend a bereavement counsellor to you.

    Best of luck.

    Hiya

    Try this link http://www.dynamicintent.com/bcs/contact.cfm

I went to St Annes in Dawson Street (Sorry I don't know what part of the country you're in either). They are trained bereavement counsellors (note: not medically trained or trained in psychology /psychiatry), just people who have been through loss and grief themselves, and are there to listen and counsel. I found them extremely supportive and down to earth. When I went there, you didn't have to pay fees but a regular donation when you visit is gratefully accepted by them. I highly recommend them, they helped me through a very rough time. There is normally a wait time but not months - just weeks, generally speaking. They are great people. Good luck to you. :)

Your GP should be able to help.
