does anyone know if two persons are going on a mortgage loan with one name on the mortgage deeds. As the second person that would be on the mortgage loan are they entitled to claim tax relief considering their name is not in the deeds and they havent used the tax relief before.?

Not 100% but im nearly sure who ever is on the mortgage is entitled to claim TRS on the interest paid.
