Hi, we have no water at the moment due to the recent weather. I'm not sure when it will be turned back on again.

We have gas boiler heating system and I was wondering if it is safe to turn on the heating for the house, even if the water is turned off?

You can turn on your heating, it is a seperate system. Check to see if there is water in the small tank in attic, there should be.
