Beat me to it crisco! :D

Twould appear you, me and Toom are the only ones who think Scotland can win, so clearly we shall all race into a fantastic lead.

28 odd peeps signed up! not bad, although I have a feeling some of the "experts" of the forum have avoided this kind of public show of knowledge....;);)

If your not in you can't win.....:D

Just a reminder to get your picks in!!! (or register if you haven't already!)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,855 ✭✭✭pappyodaniel

Just registered and made my selections. I was so close to picking Scotland to win but looking at the French on paper, decided against it. Very strong outfit, only weakness is in the outhalf slot,Trinh Duc will definately not get an armchair ride against a crazy Scottish pack.

England Wales is a tough one to call but went with Eng in the end.

    Ireland Italy picks itself.

Thanks crisco, really looking forward to it!

Ye are the only ones with the balls to say it. Wooden Spoons for the lot of ye.

Think France will edge Scots, sadly. Basing that on, uh, gut feel. And the amazing talent France have in most positions over Scotland.

Kinda like to be wrong tho.

    For the weekend:

    Scotland to shock France
    England to beat Wales, just.
Ireland to beat Italy by about 15pts

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,323 ✭✭✭crisco10

I went for Scotland. NO idea why. Suppose I'm just thinking if they do it, I will have 1 up on lots of people!!!

Would love to see Scotland do the business but that would be heart ruling head.

ha i saw that and thought you were mad!

I made my picks Wales, France and England to win. I hope at least one of my predictions are wrong though!

England? It certainly would be great for the competition for Italy to get a huge scalp like that!

    Wales, Ireland, England.

No I was hoping my prediction for France to beat Ireland would be wrong...for obvious reasons.

I know and it asks if you're sure but I panicked when I realised I'd almost forgotten to pick...and just went click, click, click. Mind you it would bump me up the table big time if it turned out that Scotland remembered how they used to win matches :D

Def hope Ireland win, am packing for Paris at the mo, thermals and all. My third venture to SDF for this game, hopefully it's a case of 3rd time lucky for me. A win would be great!!

Ireland, England & Scotland for me. All tight games aside from England, who will win by a cricket score.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,323 ✭✭✭crisco10

France, England and Wales for me. Heart hopes different!!!

    Go for England?

I was tempted to go for 3 away wins. Just for the novelty of it...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,106 ✭✭✭andrewdcs

Disturbingly I've gone for the 3 aways.

I forgot to make my predictions last week so overall I didn't do as well as I would have liked, 14th.

Who's the winner? how did everyone do?

2nd in the boards group. 48th overall. Slightly dissapointed as I let my heart rule my head in round 2 which screwed me up a bit. Bigdan was the winner of the boards group. Congrats to him.
