    It wasn't any shorter than normal..

    .. it was 12 episodes (which is the same all seasons have been so far).

    sorry my mistake. thought it was 24 eps a season for some reason.

    Hopefully he'll make a full recovery, I'm sure he's getting the best possible care. Great actor in both Six Feet Under and Dexter.

    I've always thought it a bit creepy though that he's married to his sister ;).
