    Hi all,

a friends little terrier has been missing a few days, if anyone see's her could they please PM me?

She's a little brown long shaggy haired terrier (cross breed) a bit bigger than a jack russell & answers to the name 'Crackers'.

She went missing 2 days ago when it was snowing, I'm hoping maybe someone took pity on her and took her in.

She went missing over near the Freshford Road area.
No pics as yet but will try get some later.

    Cheers,

    C

Firstly make sure you call the dog pound, anybody that finds a stray will call there first, and if the dog warden picks up a dog it has 5 days until it's destroyed. If the dog is microchipped that should be able to trace the owners provising the right information is up to date.

Also you can check some lost or found websites, worth a shot.

@ Dymo, thanks a mill for your reply :)
She's already called all the vets, the pound and the various dog rescue centres around Kilkenny but unfortunately no luck as yet :(

I'll definitely give those websites a try.

    I've attached a few pics.

    Cheers,

    C

The locator list on KCLR may be worth a shot too

There's an piece in this week's Kilkenny Firelighter Advertiser that claims a dog was found on the Kells road recently, and the dog shown is quite similar to the one shown above.

There's a phone number as well. Give him a ring.

I received an unusually large number of flyers for Chinese restaurants in the door this week (three today alone), and an unusually large number of dogs have gone missing also.

One can only hope that these phenomena are unrelated.
