hi, i need to know if there are any exemptions from the NCT in addition to those given on their website - i thought i was exempt but now, apparently not! i drive a vehicle especially manufactured for a wheelchair user to drive while seated in the wheelchair, petrol engine, 505 cc. - i am road tax exempt and the make on my tax-disc is "unspecified", my vehicle is only large enough inside for me - no passenger seats (or driver's seat!) and first registered in 2005........ did try phoning but the girl i got was no help strangely enough :D
Any help/advice out there for me?

mine is this make but slightly different features to that shown, when i got mine they were being manufactured in spain, not the usa
