    Morning all.

Prodirectsoccer.com are running a special offer at the minute on the Puma King XL, where you get a pair of 6 stud and a pair of mouldies for €108.72 delivered.

Probably seems like a lot for the uninitiated, but that's great value.

Also, it pays to change the currency to €. They're looking for £90 + delivery, but switch to €, and their exchange rate brings it to €99.90 + delivery.
XE currently has £90 at €100.73!

If you're a bit of a show off, you can get the soft ground/screw in studs ones in white at the same site for £35.

Prodirectsoccer do other offers with the soft and hard ground version of the same boot together.

They charge in £'s but the delivery to Ireland is £7.95 i think.

They deliver via DPD couriers so it's not bad.

Gonna bump this for a couple of reasons.

    1. My figures were slightly out in the first post. You're charged in Sterling, so your price will depend on your credit card. My two pairs delivered came to €111.

    2. They've since reduced the price even further. The two pairs of boots are now £75 + £10.95 delivery, as opposed to the £90 + £10.95 delivery I paid!

So you'll get the two pairs delivered (by DPD 2 day courier service!) for £85.95! :D

    So get buying people!

any voucher codes floating about for these?

Bought a pair on the 17th March only arrived today. Having said that its was an issue with DPD rather than prodirect. Because of DPD'd monumental f**kups I will be repaid P&P as a goodwill gesture. Nice boots, boot bag included, shame they use DPD

Ironically enough, I've been waiting even longer for DPD to deliver another brand's pair of boots, that should have taken 3-4 days, on the order status, it said delivery failed on 2 occasions even though the driver made no attempt to contact me, and I was at home both days, and they have so far not replied to any emails.

Did you have the same problems?

Thinking about getting these if the other ones don't come soon, good find, Soarer.

Almost word for word. I did have a missed number like the 20th from a mobile at about 8 in the morning so ignored it as you do. After a while I put my tracking number into the online system, apparently had been received and signed for (it hadn't even seen the front door not to mind been delivered and signed for). Contacted DPD, they said it had been delivered, I argued it hadn't, a further mail after my reply said yes it had been delivered. again I argued it hadn't. Finally they decided to send me the proof of delivery (POD) docket after I asked who had allegedly signed for it and who and when was I contacted. They said the signature was illegible and to check the POD, which I did. On the POD was a massive RET (which I can only assume meant returned) and a scrawl of a signature.

All the while I had been emailing DPD i had been cc'ing prodirect in my mails to DPD, and emailing prodirect seperately. Eventually DPD realised their incompetence and said, no the goods had not been delivered and had been returned to sender. At this stage I had informed DPD to send my goods through an Post and informed prodirect to use a different delivery team in Ireland. Anyways prodirect received the goods back sometime at the start of the week and reshipped again through DPD as they had no alternative and I received the goods today. All from when the goods had been returned to prodirect to being shipped to my door a DPD customer service had been informing me of the package status as I had requested them to do so.

I instructed prodirect to authorise a complaint of DPD and got an email stating "We are looking into this matter for you as we do not expect this level of service from DPD". This lunchtime I was told my P&P would be refunded.

I must it is such a shame that I had to wait so long for the goods (prodirect originally shipped the goods on the 18th/19th) as it reflect badly on prodirect (not their fault, I do hope they change from DPD) which is unfair as they have been ace throughout.

The incompetence of DPD was incredible. I never in my personal life and especially business life will use them again.

I would use prodirect again no hassle, they were extremely helpful :D

In your case, if you havent already, cc prodirect in any correspondence with them.

Edit there is a lot I have left out

It's weird because I've ordered 3 pairs of boots on seperate occasions and they all made it to my house, via DPD, within 3-5 working days.
