Baught a ****ty wireless sensor bar for my wii the other day and its a pile of balls, ie dosent work very well.

Youtubed it and discovered that you can use wait for it......

    2 CANDLES!!!!!!!

If you space them apart in front of your telly the same width as the bar they work 10 times better than even the origional bar.

Yeah, all you need is two infra red emitters, the sensor is in the Wiimote. That's why the battery operated "wireless" sensor bars don't have a component that plugs into your Wii.

Be warned though, there have been NO recorded instances of sensor bars burning down to the wick and melting the top of your telly. The same cannot be said of candles...

By the way, if you liked the candles video, you're going to flip when you see what that guy who strapped the sensor bar to his glasses and the Wiimote to the top of his telly was able to do....

I've tried it and its pretty cool, though I wouldn't say that its 10 times better than the original. The original does not - as many people think, have only two infra-red leds, it has 5 on each side. makes tracking and triangulation smoother and more accurate.

I don't want to alarm you Lotsafish, but that's not a sensor bar - there's a Cylon hiding under your telly! RUN!
