ALEX METRIC CONFIRMED FOR WAX APPEARANCE

Kicking the year off as it means to continue, WAX venue is pleased to announce the shaking-off of the winter coat at the hands of the ridiculously talented and fun Alex Metric who will take to the decks on Friday 5th February. Having spent 2009 being hailed as remixer of the moment with acts such as Ladyhawke, Bloc Party, Jape and Phoenix requesting his services, the new decade will see him unleash his own eagerly anticipated brand of electro-pop onto the world’s dance floors with his sublimely catchy debut EP It Starts just released.
Alex Metric will perform a DJ set in Wax, South William Street on Friday 5th February 2010. Doors open at 11pm. Admission €5 before midnight, €10 afterwards.
