I'm looking to start meditation classes in Dublin and I'm considering one of the following:

I go to the Shambhala Center.

They do an introduction to meditation to any new comers who pop along to their Wednesday open nights.

This is their site.

Then, occasionally, the run weekend courses in the various levels of Shambhala training.
