I've recently decided that I want a wand. I intend to make it myself, but am having trouble sourcing some raw materials.

I'm searching town tomorrow to find the stones I want for it, should be ok on that front, more or less.

I am going to carve it out of rowan wood. And, although there are some growing near to my home, I'd MUCH rather buy it, since I've no intention to go out vandalising the neighbourhood.

Anyone have any idea where I could find some legally and relatively cheap?
