    Hi,

I'm just filling in the JSA Application Form, and I'm not sure about a couple of things.

Under HOUSEHOLD PROFILE it asks if I have money in a Credit Union. If I answer Yes will I be asked at some point how much? If I answer No will I get into trouble?

I wouldn't have thought twice about asking but my friend said to say No.
I didn't think to ask her why before she left.

Also in this section it asks about whether I live alone. It's my parents' house and I moved back in temporarily after personal issues and I haven't been able to get a place yet.
I pay them rent but if I put that on the form will it affect their pension or will they be taxed?

I'm over the age of 24 if that makes a difference (sad or what!!!)

    Any help is appreciated.

    Cheers.

If you answer No, that is classified as Social Welfare Fraud. If you have money answer yes. Only amounts over 20k will be assessed as means.

Thanks. It's nowhere near that much, but honesty is the best policy.

    Cheers.
