When should i get my P60?

    Any1 know when i should get my P60 from 2009??

    Depends on the employer- generally within 6 weeks of the end of the year.

    Cool, now i got married in Sept, my tax code has changed as i'm taking all my wife's credits, say in 5 weeks i get my new tax code and p60 through, will the new code be backdated to Jan 1st??

    It should be. It'll take a few paychecks (don't know if you're paid weekly or monthly) before it smooths out and you get the same net pay monthly / weekly. That's for 2010 though.

    For 2009, if your wife wasn't earning salary / paying tax you will be entitled to her credits from the date of marriage. See the attached link:
