How much are you willing to spend?

I have the Panasonic Lumix DMC TZ5 and can recomend it's newer model TZ7 (small camera with MASSIVE optical zoom (for it's size), HD video with working zoom (rare in other cameras), big and crisp display quite a few useful functions but also iA (intelligent auto) which recognises and sets the correct mode.
Only downside for your preferences.. the range flash is a bit crap (5 meters max, after that it's dark).

Overall, an ideal compact travel camera with a massive zoom (25-300mm)

Where to buy online: Amazon, pixmania (just cross fingers all goes well), ...
