    Northamptonshire County Council wants £5m to fix weather-damaged roads

    Unless you can buy shares in the county council, i doubt gangs filling potholes are listed on the stock exchange. Some private local business might be called in a for a few weeks as indicated but they wont be listed on a stock exchange. They might be in the yellow pages though.
