Any plans for one of these 'Cycling Events Sub Forum' somewhat in the vein of the one in the Athletics Running Tri Forum.
Found very little with a comprehensive race/event list certainly nothing as comprehensive as the Running/Tri people have.
Alternatively a good/UP TO DATE website (a la racehive or runireland).

    thanks

irishcycling.com has a fairly comprehensive calendar section, but a lot of events for this year hadn't been added yet the last time I checked... I imagine they will be there soon enough

I think a sub forum would be good as long as our mods didn't fill it full of duoathalon nonsense.

Down with sub-forums. They make me scroll too much.

I don't think we need another sub-forum. There's already a lot at the top of the page. Threads for each event methinks.

I agree it's better to have events in the main forum.

The only problem is the running/tri/etc. event calenders are always posted really promptly and they thus tend to sell out quickly! if the cycling stuff is not listed soon I will run out of free weekends and not risking double booking with the cost of races these days

I think that if you search deep inside yourself you will find the obvious solution to this.
