Wireless Connection Problem

My toshiba laptop cant connect to our smart wireless broadband. Other laptops are able to connect with it when they've tried so it must be the settings on my laptop. I brought it back to Harvey Normans but they were able to connect to the wireless network in the shop with no problem. Anyone know what could be wrong??

This is not a broadband issue, moved to Wireless.

You've got some issue with your network connection settings for your WLAN. In wireless network connection properties, remove your WLAN from the Preferred networks list, then re-setup the connection.
