Is my laptop infected with a Virus/Malware?

    Hi everybody,
I'm having the following problem navigating the net, both using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. The connection is up and running and applications such as Skype or MSN Messenger work fine at the same time when I get a "Page cannot be displayed" error message when trying to open any site.

I was told to open Windows/System321/CMD and, with my Browser closed, run the following command "netstat -ano" to find out the level of activity on my PC. I was told that if the number entries on "Foreign Address" is not 0 I might have Malware that is causing the problem. When I run the command I got:
63 IP Foreign Address on FIN_WAIT_1 Status
36 IP Foreign Address on ESTABLISHED Status
6 IP Foreign Address on SYN_SENT Status
9 IP Foreign Address on TIME_WAIT Status
The PID on all of them is 1132.

I have Windows 7 and Norton anti-virus installed. I run a scan but it only found Low Risk Cookies. Deleting them didn't fix the problem.

Can anybody help me? Do I have a Virus/Malware?

    Phil
