Maybe its just the weather and a new year but i feel horrible with the last couple weeks. I'm doing a 6 month office skills course that i find boring but its just to pass time and get something out of it. The real thing that bothers me is what i want to do with the rest of my life.
I was thinking about doing a chef course but dont know if i will get bored of it. I had done a another previous course on computers and left it after 2 years because i got bored.
    Anyone else feel like this?
    Help. :(

We all get a bit fed up no matter what month it is.
There are times when I feel like just not showing up to the office or that if I do turn up they should be lucky to have me there!

Obviously to live in the real world you have to distract yourself from these things and find something else to inject a bit of passion into our lives.
I'd stick with the course you're on now for the time being at least, it doesn't look good on a cv to be jumping from one incomplete course to another (trust me, I'm a divil for that kind of thing).

Have a look around and see if there's a group/society/club/campaign you can join that will get you enthused about life again.
Even a gym can give you a bit of drive!

    Best of luck!

I've been feeling terrible lately too. I suggest that you talk to those around you as much as possible about what you're feeling. just say that you haven't been feeling too great and are getting, well, 'bored' with life. They obviously know you better than any of us here and should have some good suggestions about what career path to take.

As a side note, I also did a couple of years of a computers course but left it.

Lots of people are miserable. The recent weather, falls on ice, water shortages and burst water pipes is all causing distress to people. It's almost impossible to impliment resolutions of any sort just now. I'm housebound today due to flooding on my road. Yesterday I was too sacred to drive so walked, footpaths were treacherous and I was sorry to have left he house at all. It's dreary and quiet everywhere because people are staying in. So no, it's not just you.
