My mother stills runs the dairy farm of 50,000 gal. My brother and I are thinking of staying home milking cows and we are looking for information on farm partnership. Would the both of us have to enter into the partnership with our mother together or could we apply separately to enter partnership with our mother. Anyone…

The partnership agreement is complicated, hard to give general advice, your best bet is to contact Ben Roche in Teagasc, I think he's based in Moorepark, he'll give you all the correct advice.
