    Has anyone ever used this website to book flights? It looks cheap but I never heard of it before. Thanks!

    Have not yet. But i am tempted. Alot cheaper than other agencys. Did you have any bad/good experiences?

    Yes. I've used them a year now. They offer good value.

    The price shown is usually upped by 15Euro or something when you finish buying online as they add on a service charge or whatever they call it.

    Also, many of their flights include transfers. This is usually made clear on the booking page though.

    Their website also says that you might incur a big cancellation fee if you try to cancel a booking.

    They do offer value for money though, but ebookers is also good for that.

    i've used it before and didn't have any problems, although i had a small issue which was hell to get sorted because their customer services is awful (that was a couple of years ago, so don't have a clue if they've improved or worsened since then).
