Hi ya. My berlingo van does not have enough power getting to it. I notice it especially going up hills. I was told it could either the fuel filter or the injectors. Is there any thing else it could be? Is it easy to change the fuel filter in a berlingo? Any thoughts/help is appreciated. Thanking you in advance.

The fuel filter would be the first thing to change.....:)
Has the filter been replaced in the last while...??
Is it smokie when it loses power...??

Heres two diagrams of the belingo diesel filter, yours could be either.
Both are cartridge filters and are easy to replace...:)

Thats great thanks. I will have a look at it tomorrow. I don't know if it is smokey but I haven't noticed any smoke anyways. I don't know when it was changed last but it was serviced about 2 months ago.

The MAF could be gone common problem on lots of diesels. Mass Air Flow sensor.

Should be able to diagnose on a computer.

Tends to leave the engine way down on power.
