    Hiya Does anyone know of any meditation classes in the Dub 15 area Blanch, Ongar, Mulhudart, Clonsilla areas.

    Nope.

    I'm a male, therefore I find it ridiculously easy to not think.

    I can suddenly realise during a lesson that I've practically been unconcious for the past 10 minutes, absolutely not thinking about anything/zoning out :D
