    Well Guys,
Just to remind you that Setanta triathlon Club are running the first of their Sportsmans Duathlons on Sunday 31st of January at 9:30am.
Registration is on the morning and it will be €10. It will be chip timed.
This is a warm up for the series and we welcome everyone and anyone to compete. Any type of bike is allowed with the only compulsury rule being that helmets must be worn.
Maybe it is time to put your friendly rivalry with your clubmates to one side for this one, as january is a month of 'getting back into it' !!
No medals will be handed out in January!! Never before have you had an excuse to say "just training" or " I've done 10 hours this week"--
If you want to get serious then we will be running the competitve series starting in february. Details are on the link attached..

Declan at Tommy the Bike, Earl St Dundalk has been kind enough to supply the prizes for each of the Races. Details of the prizes will be put on the website shortly.. They are top class..
The course is perfect with little or no traffic on the old newry road. You will all know the course.. For those of you who dont it is roughly 40 minutes north of dublin airport and south of belfast..
